I'm trying to watch a movie but I'm not getting anything. Make sure you have Windows Media Player 9 or newer installed, as our movies require it for playback For Pay Per minute viewing, your movie should open in Windows Media Player and start playing automatically.

When I click on a button to watch a movie, I see a pop-up window appear and disappear, but no movie starts. This is probably due to software designed to block pop-up windows interfering with the launching of Windows Media Player. You will need to either disable pop-up blocking or add vod.adameve.com as a 'trusted site' that is allowed to launch pop-up windows. The Google Toolbar popup blocker will prevent this site from working unless you disable it entirely.
I was watching a movie and everything looked fine, but now the video is corrupted and compressed. This is the result of a bug in Windows Media Player that occasionally occurs when the player is moved to the background and another window covers it. You should close the player and begin watching the movie again to resolve this.
